Stamp Duty Land Tax

SDLT - an annex connected to your home is not a separate dwelling. The First-tier Tribunal has held that the acquisition of a property that included an annex connected to the "main" house by a corridor that lacked an internal door did not qualify for multiple dwellings relief from SDLT.
